Mastery Guide in Warframe

Mastery Rank (MR) represents your account's overall level. It is increased by accumulating Affinity on your various equipment up to level 30 [02:00]

How to gain Mastery points?
Each piece of equipment leveled to 30 for the first time grants unique points:
Weapons (Primary, Secondary, Melee, Archwing): 3,000 points [02:05].

Warframes, Companions, and K-Drives: 6,000 points [02:11].

Star Chart Missions: Completing a node for the first time.

Why increase your Mastery Rank?
The primary goal is to reach rank 17, which lifts all equipment and Riven restrictions in the game [03:09]. However, continuing beyond that offers major permanent benefits:
Daily Trades: The number of daily trades is equal to your rank [03:27].
Standing Cap: Increase to the daily Syndicate standing limit [03:41].
Base Modding Capacity: A level 0 piece of equipment (or one that just received a Forma) benefits from a minimum mod capacity equivalent to your MR [13:30].
Void Traces Cap: Allows storing more traces to refine relics [14:02].
Rank 30: This very rewarding rank unlocks numerous rewards, slots, and the ability to grant Blessings (25% buffs) to players present in a Relay [03:52].
Tips for progressing efficiently (Free-to-Play)
Orbiter Market: Filter weapons in the market to find those directly purchasable with credits (MK1, Lato, Lex...). Queue up crafts continuously [04:48].
Clan Dojo: Join a clan with completed research. Laboratories (like the Tenno Lab) grant access to blueprints for several Warframes very useful at the start of the game [07:03].
Slot Management: At first, slots are very limited. Level purchased or crafted weapons up to level 30 to accumulate Mastery, then sell them via inventory to free up space [06:23].

Planet Bosses: Fight assassination bosses to get base Warframe components: Rhino on Fossa (Venus), Excalibur on War (Mars), etc. [07:29].
Sell excess items: Do not focus on Prime gear at the start. Open relics, sell blueprints to other players to get Platinum, and use it to buy your weapon and Warframe slots [09:29].
