They can be purchased from Loid at the Sanctum Anatomica with vascular capillaries obtained by killing Demolishers in disruptions.
This weapon has an Incarnon form!
Incarnon Advantage
To activate the Incarnon form, hit enemies until you reach combo level 6. The heavy attack initiates the transmutation (mouse wheel click on PC). In Incarnon form, heavy ground slams impale nearby enemies on Void spikes: +3 Reach -35% max melee attack speed +100% Impact damage converted to Puncture damage
