I really like Follie because she has that smart support vibe without being reduced to just dropping a buff and waiting. Her second ability is undoubtedly the most interesting part of her kit, as it gives her real utility value and helps the team concretely depending on the context. But what I especially love is that she doesn't stop there. Her 1 gives her a long and very comfortable immortality, making the frame reassuring to play and leaving plenty of freedom to make good decisions without getting punished immediately. Her 3 brings a real damage reduction to the group, so she secures a squad very well, and since the buff can last a long time provided you keep up the pace and get kills, you get this feeling that she rewards active gameplay rather than passive play. And her 4 is actually much more interesting than it seems: not only does it crowd-control enemies by sending them into the air, but it also strips their armor and hits them with a massive corrosive slam upon landing, so she's not at all a frame that just looks pretty or supports from afar. She truly participates in combat. Follie, to me, is an enjoyable Warframe because she mixes support, control, survivability, and utility without feeling locked into a single role. She still requires a bit more thought than a very straightforward frame, especially to properly exploit her 2 and get full value out of her kit, but that's precisely what makes her interesting. She might not be the most immediate frame in the game, nor the one I'd recommend to someone who just wants to press two buttons and breeze through content, but she has a real personality, a cohesive kit, and that kind of gameplay where the more you understand her, the more you appreciate her.
